Our Packages

For Clients who want us to work with them on a more regular basis, it may be cost effective to opt for one of our retainer Packages. There are 3 levels of retainer packages, depending on your workload requirements.

Your package hours are to be used within a calendar month/4 weeks, however you still have the option of adding additional hours if needed and the option of rolling over 10% of your hours to the following month, adding flexibility for us to work with your work flow.

Our retainer packages require payment on or by the first working day of every month, usually by direct debit.

In addition to our packages we can also manage your smaller tasks adhoc at an hourly rate of £35. These tasks can be invoiced on timesheet or by the hour depending on your personal/business requirements.

Silver P

Silver Service

Our silver package is aimed towards hard working individuals, someone who works long hours with little spare time to keep up to date with the organisation of home life/work life.

We can manage your invoicing and credit control.  Write up and post quotes. Carry out research on your competitor/s or content marketing or new product.

Whether you request 10 hours to completed in one or two full days a month or 2.5 hours a week. The package can be uniquely designed around your personal and business requirements.  Allowing you you  to hand over those time consuming tasks.

Gold P

Gold Service

Our gold package was created with a new business owner/ small business owner in mind.

Whether you request 5 hours to completed in one day per week or  a 1 hour per day each for the month. We can help support all your admin tasks or provide telephone services. We can set up or manage your social media accounts and social media scheduling, creating and sending out a monthly email marketing campaign.

The package can be uniquely designed around your personal and business requirements.  

Platinum P

Platinum Service

Our Platinum package was created with an established business in mind, a business expanding to the next level or a business with multiple owners/ a number of staff that require support in several areas.

We can book appointments, manage calls, email and diary management. We can book travel, manage your database, handle all data entry and send you daily/weekly/monthly reports.

We can answer your business calls/hold the fort with planned holidays/unplanned leave,  reducing the risk losing business.  Or perhaps you have the desire for your business to look bigger and more credible?

Bespoke Service

 

Alternatively if one of our packages does not reflect the service and level of support your business requires we will happily tailor a bespoke package to suit your business needs.
